On behalf of the staff of the Hematology Oncology Department at Dayton Children's Medical Center, I want to express our sincere thanks for the gift of DVD's that you delivered to us yesterday.  As you know children with chronic and acute life-threatening illnesses spend numerous hours in our clinic as they receive chemotherapy, blood transfusions and other life saving treatments.  The time they spend in the clinic goes by so much more quickly when they can pass the time watching familiar and enjoyable movies, which is also a wonderful distractive therapy.

The philosophy behind your business, moviesforfree.org, demonstrates true compassion for those experiencing challenging circumstances.  Thank you for your interest in our pediatric patients and their families.  We wish you much success in the growth of your business.

Your program is not a "feel good" charity that is there just to make the giver feel better. It is a heartfelt, much thought out charity that is very wonderful for the receiver as well as the giver.
